Zero Carb Buffalo Ranch Pizza
A low-carb pizza with a chicken crust topped with ranch, cheese, bacon, and buffalo sauce.
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- fresh parsley for garnish
-
1
Preheat oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
2
Make the chicken crust
In a bowl, combine ground chicken with grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well until combined.
-
3
Shape the crust
Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking sheet and press it out into a flat, round pizza crust shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
-
4
Bake the crust
Bake the chicken crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until cooked through and golden.
-
5
Add toppings
Remove crust from oven. Spread ranch dressing over the crust as the sauce. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped cooked bacon pieces. Drizzle buffalo sauce over the top.
-
6
Bake with toppings
Return pizza to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
-
7
Serve
Remove from oven, drizzle with additional ranch dressing if desired, slice and serve hot.
This pizza is zero carb due to the chicken crust instead of traditional dough. For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end. Can add additional toppings like green onions or jalapeños.
