- 1 can chunk chicken breast (low sodium)

- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or preferred variety)

Combine chicken and egg
Drain the canned chicken and add it to a bowl. Crack the egg into the can or bowl and mix together until combined.

Transfer the chicken and egg mixture to a food processor. Add the shredded cheese and seasoning.

Process the mixture until you get a ground, mashed consistency that holds together.

Using a small scoop or your hands, form the mixture into small patties or nugget shapes.

Place the nuggets in a greased air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Remove from air fryer and serve with your favorite dipping sauce such as no sugar added honey mustard.
